About PLM book

One of my passions is to share information and comments related to product lifecycle management (PLM), engineering and manufacturing software. This was the vision behind starting Beyond PLM blog back in 2008.

I know many people following the blog on a regular basis. This is a great and I’m thankful to have such a great readers.  I’ve got many comments from people looking how to use my blog as a source of knowledge about PLM. My immediate answer was to read my blog. But while I usually can find an old blog post easy, I understand it can be not a simple task for somebody else.

While browsing content on my blog,  I found that some articles lost links and videos. I admit that some information is outdated and some context can be confusing.  Some historical articles are not up to speed with today’s information.

PLM Book goal is to provide information about PLM and related domains of engineering and manufacturing software. For 2016 my goal is to summarize my writing at Beyond PLM by making it more organized and accessible for accidental readers.

PLM book is not finished project. During 2016, it will be in an active writing mode. The articles will be updated to reflect my writing and editing process. I will try not to publish unfinished articles.

Please comment and ask questions. Together we will make PLM book better.
